CURRENT PENALTIES IN FORCE: Academic probation. Remedial training after classes, surface-side.

MEDICATIONS: standard low-frequency brainwave monitoring through implant 2X-12; 200 gm. weekly Discipline 700.

VERBAL EVALUATION: Failing. Cadet Rimsky excels in Flight Simulation, but seems to lack focus or motivation in most other subjects. His hand-eye coordination, while advanced for his age, does not seem to extend to dexterity in sports. Behaves as if afraid of weapons. This could be a mere psychological condition, related to general lack of self-confidence and underdeveloped aggression. Recommend limited psych counseling (online) and possible termination. (Capt. R. Morar)

PSYCHOLOGIST'S REPORT: William is slow and easily distracted. But he takes orders well; compliant if rarely punctual. Recommend gradually increasing course of multistimulants (Velocitude or Rapidian) and possible termination from the Academy. (Lt. T. Malone, PsD)
